Return policy
Returns
We operate a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused , with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damaged or Problematic Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item , so that we can assess the problem and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

perishable goods (food, flowers, plants),

personalized products (special orders or personalized items),

personal care products (beauty products).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials , flammable liquids or gases .

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you already have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Right of withdrawal – European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused , with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund is approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days .
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@aureavue.com .
